This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that It Cloud LLC may collect from users while using the official website https://lancloud.kg (hereinafter referred to as the LanCloud Website), using online services, participating in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, and/or otherwise interacting with It Cloud LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

It Cloud LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that users may access via links available on the LanCloud Website. Third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and may collect or request other personal information from users.

3.2.2. The transfer is necessary to achieve the goals, implement, and fulfill the functions, powers, and duties imposed on IT Cloud LLC by the legislation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

4. Measures taken to protect users' personal data

IT Cloud LLC takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with personal data by third parties.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. It Cloud LLC takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data held by It Cloud LLC, as well as to delete outdated and otherwise inaccurate or unnecessary personal data. However, the User is responsible for providing accurate information and for updating the provided data in the event of any changes.

5.2. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided or part of it, as well as its privacy settings, by contacting It Cloud LLC.

5.2.1. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data by It Cloud LLC at any time. By sending a written notice to the following address: 720001, Bishkek, Isanova 105/3, 4th floor, office #6, marked ""Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data."" The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the user entails the deletion of the user account from the Website, as well as the destruction of records containing personal data in the personal data processing systems of It Cloud LLC, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of It Cloud LLC.

5.3. The user has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data by It Cloud LLC.
