Personal Data Privacy Policy
Hereby, in accordance with the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 31, 2025 No. 178, acting freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, I give my voluntary, specific, informed and conscious consent to ОсОО «Ит Клауд», registered in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic at the following address: Kyrgyz Republic, 720001, Bishkek, 105/3 Isanova Street, 4th floor, Office No. 6 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to process my personal data.
For the purposes of this Consent, personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This Consent is provided for the processing of the following personal data:
- First name;
- Last name;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
This Consent authorizes the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automated means and/or without the use of such means: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and modification), use, anonymization, disclosure and transfer to third parties where necessary to achieve the purposes specified below, deletion, destruction, as well as other actions involving personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This Consent is provided to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing services and/or performing works for me, including communication prior to entering into a contract;
- Sending notifications related to the services provided and/or works performed;
- Preparing and sending responses to my requests and inquiries;
- Sending information, including advertising and marketing information, about the Operator's events, products, services and offers.
This Consent shall remain valid until it is withdrawn or until the processing of personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes specified above, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
I may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending the relevant notice to cloud@lancloud.kg. Upon withdrawal of the Consent, the Operator shall discontinue the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of this Consent unless there are other lawful grounds for continuing such processing.
