I hereby, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan No. 58 on Personal Data and its Protection dated April 14, 2008, voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my interests, express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by It Cloud LLC, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan at the address: 720001, Bishkek, Isanova 105/3, 4th floor, office No. 6 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Personal data - any information related to an individual identified or identifiable on the basis of such information. I hereby consent to the processing of the following personal data:

- Last Name
- Phone Number
I hereby give my consent to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automated means and/or without using such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, anonymization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as any other actions provided for by the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan, both manually and automatically.
This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing me with services/work;
- Sending me notifications regarding the services and work provided;
- Preparing and sending responses to my inquiries;
- Sending me information, including advertising, about the Operator's events/products/services/work.
This consent is valid until revoked by sending a corresponding notification to the email address cloud@lancloud.kg. If I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds stipulated by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 58 "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated April 14, 2008.
