LanCloud cloud infrastructure equipment is hosted in the commercial DataTime data center in Bishkek. The data center design documentation is certified by Uptime Institute for compliance with Tier III Concurrently Maintainable requirements. The certification covers a design with a calculated IT load of 500 kW.

Infrastructure
Power Supply
- Power is supplied from two municipal high-voltage substations at 6 kV.
- If the external power supply fails, two 1 MW diesel generators—one primary and one standby—support continuous operation.
Uninterruptible Power Supply
- The 800 kVA uninterruptible power supply system protects IT equipment from short-term power interruptions.
- The batteries provide up to 10 minutes of autonomous operation until backup power is engaged.
Cooling System
- The engineering system maintains controlled temperature and humidity levels throughout the data center.
- The cooling system uses N+1 redundancy, equipment rotation, and maintenance without system shutdown.
Physical Security
- The facility is protected by video surveillance, on-site security, and access control systems.
- Intrusion sensors and a security alarm system provide additional protection.
Monitoring and Technical Support
- Engineering systems are continuously monitored, and technical support is available 24/7.
- Remote Hands services and IP-KVM access are available for remote equipment operations.
Reliability Certification
The design documentation for Datatime Bishkek KR Data Center Data 5 meets the Tier III Concurrently Maintainable criteria defined by Uptime Institute.
Tier III requirements allow scheduled maintenance to be performed on the engineering infrastructure without shutting down the critical IT load, while maintaining the redundancy specified in the design.
